"Return process was frustrating"
I bought something from Linsoul and the return process felt really unfair. There were so many conditions that I didn’t expect and I ended up stuck with an item I didn’t even want. I don’t think I’ll be shopping there again.

"Bass Was Just Too Muddy for Me"
I really wanted to like these, so I gave them a fair shot over a few days with different songs and settings. But every time, the bass just sounded muddy and kind of drowned everything else out. It wasn’t that nice clean punch I was hoping for. After messing around with them for a bit, I felt like they just weren’t worth the money...

"Pretty frustrating experience"
I emailed them twice about my order and never really got a clear answer. It took days just to hear back, and even then it wasn’t helpful. The whole thing felt unnecessarily frustrating, i don’t think I’d buy from them again

"I ordered a pair of earphones…"
I ordered a pair of earphones from linsoul and they sounded okay, but the build just didn’t feel great. The cable felt kind of flimsy, and after a little while one side started fitting loose. Shipping was fine, but for the price I expected better.

"I kept going back and forth with…"
I kept going back and forth with support, and while they did reply, nothing actually got resolved. My brother even looked over the messages with me and was just as confused by the runaround. It felt like they were responding just to respond, not really trying to fix the issue.

"Felt Like My Message Wasn't Really Read"
I ordered from Linsoul Audio because the item showed as in stock, so I figured it would ship soon. After I paid, I was told it actually wasn’t available yet, which was frustrating. Support did respond, but it kind of felt like nobody really read what I was asking. The replies were mostly just telling me to wait or that they’d check again. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely annoying. I just wish the stock status on the website was more accurate before people place an order.

The product itself was fine, but the shipping fee felt a bit ridiculous for what it was. Still, everything arrived okay, so I can’t complain too much.

"Selection felt a bit limited"
From what I remember, the selection just didn’t feel that broad. I kept coming across the same types of IEMs, and I couldn’t really find the variety or the brands I had in mind. I looked around for a while, but ended up buying from another shop instead.

"Updates were okay, but I got a bit uneasy after paying"
The backorder updates were clear enough and I did know what was going on, but after I had already paid, I started feeling a little unsure about whether everything was actually moving along. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just one of those situations where you wish there was a bit more reassurance once your money is already out the door.

"Charged Even Though Payment Failed"
My payment failed twice, but I still ended up getting charged, which was really frustrating. I remember because I was sitting there with a half-melted popsicle on my desk, watching the error message pop up again. Definitely not cool and not something I expected to deal with.

"Warranty support was a letdown"
I had an issue with it and I thought the warranty support would make things easy, but they just kept dragging it out, asking me to wait, sending vague replies, and making it feel like nothing was actually moving forward, so in the end I was left frustrated and still didn’t feel like I got any real help

"Not Really Worth the Price"
I was expecting the quality or overall experience to feel a bit more premium for the price, but it didn’t. After I ordered, I found similar items on other sites for less, which was frustrating. Nothing really stood out enough to make the higher cost feel justified. Maybe others won’t mind paying more, but for me it just didn’t match what I expected

"Wouldn’t buy it again"
The package just seemed kind of off when it showed up, and when I tried to check the serial number, it didn’t work. that made me uncomfortable, so I wouldn’t buy this again.

"Pretty fair support in the end"
My earphones started having an issue after a few months, so I reached out to Linsoul Audio. They didn’t get back to me super quickly, but they did reply and walked me through the repair or replacement process. I had to send over some photos and wait a bit, which was a little annoying, but they eventually got it sorted. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d say it was fair enough.

"Product was fine, but the shipping was frustrating"
I ordered from linsoul.com and, the delivery just wasn’t reliable. I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, and I get that shipping delays can happen, but the tracking barely updated and the package showed up much later than expected. The product itself was fine, so I don’t want to say the whole experience was terrible, but the shipping definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be.
